Riding in Comfort

Comfort on your bike plays a major part in determining how enjoyable your riding experience is. It could be the difference between a fun 25 mile ride or a hellish day in the saddle wrought with pain and leaving you and your body dreading ever riding again.

The Fit Factor

One of the most important ways to increase your ride comfort and decrease your post ride pain is to ride a properly fitted bicycle. Poor bike fit can cause back, neck, wrist and knee pain. Whether you're a recreational rider or performance oriented cyclist proper fit is crucial. We see poorly fit bicycles everyday. Regardless of where you bought your bike we can make recommendations to help make your bike fit you better. A few small adjustments to the seat posts, bars or seat could make a world of difference and leave you looking forward to the next beautiful day.

Tires for the Terrain

Having the correct tires for the type of terrain you ride will also greatly increase your comfort, as well as making the ride easier and safer. Tires that fit your riding style do not have to be expensive. We carry a range of tires from $15-50. If you have any questions about your current tires come into the shop, well be happy to help you.
